Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Joyfully Crafted Studio creates one of a kind custom products and therefore do not accept returns. We also do not accept return on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
In the event that your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct the problem.
If an error has occurred that was due to the production of Joyfully Crafted Studio, we ask that you return the item and we will work as fast as possible to send you a corrected item.
Refunds
Refunds will be approved through an assessment of each transaction separately.
If an error has occurred through USPS, we ask that customers submit a claim through USPS.
